I work as a dishwasher in a high-end restaurant 40-60 hours a week. I have used this apron for just one week at the time of this review. The good: It is cheap. It is completely waterproof. The ties and neck strap are nylon, similar to backpack straps,and work well. It stands up to the harshest chemicals in our dish pit. The normal: It is hot like any other waterproof apron. The bad: It arrived damaged, with wear on the corner from the way it was folded in its packaging. Honestly, for the price I would have given it five stars if it has arrived undamaged. UPDATE: I received a refund and raised the rating to reflect that.

The industrial apron was just perfect for the line of work that I do. Definitely recommend it.

This is a big heavy well built waterproof apron. The straps are nylon webbing attached to the double layer of material using brass eyelets. The waist tie is long enough to wrap around and tie in the front. Outer seams are stitched all the way around. Between the bloody animals and pressure washing chemicals I needed this. I also use my gut as a third hand which wears though lighter aprons. Looking at the stains and bleaching on my clothes I chose the 47 inch one to protect my shins and the top of the rubber boots.

This product worked great for a year then it got holes torn in it this would be a good apron if the leather was soft and not hard it held up as expected but was expecting to get more than a year out of it

doesn’t really get so hot, Like a lot of those aprons do. slightly heavier than an average apron, but soft enough so it’s not constricting.
