Fits an adult head. I wear a size 7 1/8 hat and it fits well. It shall be oversized for a youth but you can give it a shot.

Yes my glasses fog up but they fog up anytime I have something that covers my mouth and nose but is breathe really well works better than most definitely worth the money best one that I have used

No, I don't snowboard with them,, but I use it while I ride a bike and my glasses are always perfect.
