Received in cardboard box with no inner wrapping. Thought a personal car item would be better protected. Anyone else?

Please read up on Ecotools philosophy on product materials and packaging. They strive to use a minimum of packaging, usually made from recycled materials and able to be recycled as well. You are not going to get products with a bunch of wasteful plastic packaging.

Can this brush be used wet? I know its intended for dry use, but I really dislike the long handled shower brushes!

I use it in the shower exclusively, works great, the bristles get worn down though but that’s gonna happen to any brush. Ingrown hairs are dramatically less.

do people use this on their faces? if so when?

I do not think people use this brush on the face. I think only from the neck down.

Can it be used on the face?

It’s not intended to be used on the face. It’s meant to be used on your body before you hop in the shower. It helps with blood circulation and keeping your skin moisturized.

Soft and good quality

It's a little hard but really effective

It is a little harsh for sensitive skin. However I can already feel the changes haha I've used it two times and my skin is sooooo soft! I just need to do it gently.
