I've ordered this softener 20 times in total. It's brilliant for sensitive skin and lasts a while given the quantity. Clothing is soft and smells amazing when washed, the scent is subtle and lasts pleasant with being natural ingredients, easy to use I transfer it into a smaller tub for convenience it's thick so only a small amount needed. Effective in softening clothes and towels are fluffy and soft afterwards. I shall continue to use this product as it is of excellent quality
