Love it. Great on steaks, pork rind and really gives the roast potatoes and homemade chips that little bit extra without dominating. In fact it really gives a lovely taste to the food without dominating as will normal salt.

I've been using this company's sea salts for more than five years now. The flavour and quality have remained supremely consistent, considerably better than some of the other brands I've found here in the US. The granular size works perfectly for most applications and gives a very attractive presentation to things like Sicilian flatbread where a few grains of salt are added to the herbs sprinkled on top. If there can be only one, this is mine.
