I’m genuinely impressed with this tablet!
I’m genuinely impressed with this tablet. The 12” 2K display looks sharp and vibrant, making it great for watching videos, browsing, and even light work tasks. The touchscreen is responsive, and the stylus is a really nice bonus for notes and casual drawing. Windows 11 runs smoothly, and with 12GB RAM + 512GB SSD, multitasking feels fast and reliable. I also like how lightweight and portable it is — easy to hold and carry around. Battery life has been good so far for everyday use. Overall, this is an excellent value device if you want a compact Windows tablet for entertainment, productivity, and travel. Highly recommend!

What a brilliant device...!
My Samsung Tablet finally died and I needed a replacement. I'd long realised that I didn't want another Android tablet again as I'm not very tech savvy and found the interfaces difficult to manage. Imagine my delight when I came across the Fusion 5 tablet computer that runs on Windows 11! For me this is the best solution - a tablet that runs like my computer and interfaces with my desk-top machine seamlessly. And all for less than £300 - brilliant! Now I can take my entire office out with me when I'm working or travelling away from home. This alone is a great gift - the ability to carry on working on the same project no matter where I am. It's just so reassuring to have the same icons and programmes always with you; I'm so much more productive because of this brilliant device. The Fusion 5 screen is bright and responsive to the touch, so much better than my previous tablet. Another improvement is that the battery lasts all day without charge. I bought a Bluetooth key-board and mouse to complement my Fusion5 - both interface seamlessly with it and give me the familiarity of a separate key board and mouse. Have I any complaints - No! Just a niggle - it takes a 5 second press and hold to get it to start. This is more a testament to my impatience when I've got an idea in my head that needs to be written down! After all my desk-top takes at least 10 seconds of whirring and clicking to get to the same status. As I say, what's not to like with the Fusion 5!

Solid Value for the Price – Great for Light Productivity and General Use
Bought a number of these for team use, and overall, happy with the purchase. The Fusion5 10” Windows 11 tablet delivers impressive performance for its price point. The 8GB RAM and Intel Quad-Core CPU handle everyday tasks like web browsing, email, MS Office, and Zoom calls without issue. Full HD display is crisp and bright, and the build feels reasonably sturdy for an ultra-slim tablet. - Runs Windows 11 smoothly - Lightweight and portable - Good screen quality - USB 3.0 port and microSD support are great additions - 5G WiFi works well and ensures solid connectivity We use these primarily for lightweight productivity and remote access in a warehouse/office setting. For those purposes, they’ve proven reliable and cost-effective. Just be aware of the limitations if you're expecting high-end tablet performance. Would recommend for anyone needing a budget-friendly Windows tablet for day-to-day tasks.

An excellent portable computer
I bought the Fusion5, 10.1”, 4/64 tablet to replace a p a i n f u l l y s l o w 5 year old netbook I used on vacations and coincidently a portable DVD player that gave up the ghost during our last vacation. Being a sceptic and in view of the modest price, I read and digested all 173 (at the time) reviews and 120+ queries, coming to the conclusion that a mere half dozen or so less than good reviews were unlikely to reflect the true nature of the unit. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and am more than pleased with my purchase. From the outside it seems as well built as any of the competition (apart maybe from the odd ones with metal cases) and with its price/ memory ratio, is excellent value. It is apparently as fast as my Win 7 desktop, albeit with the odd slight delay with touch screen selections. Frankly I am not impressed with Win 10, but this is hardly the fault of Fusion! Some have commented that the on-screen keyboard covers a large proportion of the screen. I hope they have by now found out that the keyboard icon at the bottom right permits moving the keyboard and changing its size. Keyboard response is immediate with no delay. Win 10 does not have the capability to play DVDs. Microsoft have cunningly removed this facility from Win 10 and expect users to pay an extra £12 to buy an app from their online store. Better to download VLC media player which is free and according to experts, far better than the MS offering. Need an office program? Use Libre Office or one of the other excellent freebies. If you don’t like touching and dragging on the screen, or using the trackpad of the optional keyboard, a Tecknet or similar wireless mouse works perfectly. Regarding playing DVDs, though not over complex, this was not a plug and play process. I bought a USB DVD player off the auction site for £10, but plugging directly into the tablet (and using VLC media player) it would not work. I queried this with Fusion, who replied immediately, explaining that the tablet used a phone chipset and could not provide the power for the external unit. Next purchase was a powered USB hub and a USB to 3.5mm male barrel jack cable, to connect to my TomTom sat nav power supply (5volt DC). Bingo! DVD player runs normally and tablet now plays DVD faultlessly. NOTE: Do not use an extension cable from the PSU to the hub as the voltage drop will cause the tablet to attempt to power the DVD player, which will then not function. Standard 1m max. cable only. I concur with the comments on the speakers, but do any tablets produce decent sound? Sound is adequate for normal net surfing, but for music or DVDs, better to add an external speaker (wired +/- £5, bluetooth +/-£8). Someone commented that there was no light to indicate charging. My unit has a small red LED above the screen. On when charging, off when charge complete. One thing I really wanted was the ability to run Google Earth, as my desktop hasn’t the graphic capacity to run the latest version. GE Pro runs perfectly on the 4/64 64 bit Fusion tablet. The Emartbuy wallet/folder for the Fusion is great value at £10, particularly if you have Amazon Prime for free delivery! It protects the tablet well, the sockets are all accessible from the side and it converts to a deskstand to hold the tablet at a sensible viewing angle. The tablet will need to be removed from the folder to use the camera though, as being a universal folder there is no port for the camera to “see” through. To sum up, a great value, versatile, portable computer, with good customer service from Fusion. All these units are made in China, including IPhones and Galaxies, so given reasonable intelligent care, there appears to be no reason why the Fusion should pose any more problems than the competition.

Way more then I thought - Just Amazing
I’ve been genuinely impressed with the Fusion5 Helios 12. For the price, it’s punched way above its weight. The 12‑inch 2K display is crisp and bright, the Intel N100 and 12GB RAM make everyday tasks feel smooth, and the lightweight build makes it easy to carry around. I’ve found the stylus surprisingly useful too — great for jotting notes or marking up documents on the go. Overall, it’s been a solid, reliable little Windows tablet that’s delivered far more than I expected.

Impressed by quality and service
This was the first time I tried a Fusion5 product. It was on offer and had good reviews, but I hadn't heard of them before. It ticked all boxes for what I was looking for though and I especially liked that it came with a pen as well. I've now had it for a few weeks. It arrived quickly and there was even a spare pen tip in the box. Set up and registering the warrant were easy and battery lasts well. It's quick both when using it for business including video calls and the screen quality is brilliant. It charges quickly as well and I like that it uses usb C, which makes it flexible. It feels study and runs very stable with no issues at all. I'm sure it would also be great for gaming. Can't fault it at all and would order it again and recommend it.

Great little tablet with some caveats
We bought this to use as a data collector tablet for field surveying, along with a waterproof cover. The unit is perfect for our purposes with decent battery life and a reasonably bright screen for daylight viewing. We have it paired with an old Apple wireless keyboard and Magic Mouse (we used the Apple Boot Camp drivers for the mouse and Magic Keyboard drivers for the keyboard) for use in the office, both work very well however the mouse occasionally has to be manually connected. The touch screen is responsive, not anywhere as good as, say an iPad, but good enough. The 128GB built in storage is adequate for our needs, however we have installed a 128GB MicroSD card as a data volume. Someone said that it doesn't work with external drives, well it works fine with our G-Tech 1TB G-Drive SSD, maybe it doesn't have enough power for old spinning drives? First thing we did is took it out of S mode and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 1909 update. This enabled us to install the surveying and GIS software that we need on the tablet. It boots up fast, and even with Win 10 Pro there's still 87GB free on the C drive. It's neat that it automatically syncs your documents, photos, etc., to OneDrive. OK, the caveats... for some reason the WiFi is not great. One would have expected a relatively recently released device to have AC connectivity but it just has low data rate N. In the house we have two access points both broadcasting the same SSID, without fail it picks up the furthest away access point even if it's right beside the downstairs Netgear unit. Even if you force it to connect to the nearest one the performance is pretty poor, barely OK for internet browsing but syncing files takes ages, a 300MB (yes, MB not GB) took nearly two hours! This could be a driver issue as it is a Broadcom NIC, something we'll likely have a look at... The cameras are pretty rubbish by todays standard but we're unlikely to use them anyway. The front facing unit would be OK for Skype, however given the abysmal network performance it's something we'd leave to the iPads instead! All in all, for the money it's good value and a nice little Windows 10 tablet. Don't expect Microsoft Surface or any of the big name tablets performance, but you pay for what you get and this could suit many peoples needs.

Fusion5 Better than you think!
I am a working DJ and I travel around Europe quite a bit. My old tablet had just died so I needed a tablet quickly, as I was off to play in Ibiza in a couple of days’ time. I used my tablet to create my DJ sets and edit tracks to make them mix better when I'm in the club. I'd never heard of Fusion5 before and so was really surprised by the product when it arrived. It felt well-made and sturdy with all the ports being labelled clearly. I love the fact that it has a flap on the reverse side which gives you access to either replace the hard drive or swop it over for a larger one. I'm glad to say that it survived me using it on the plane and in taxis’s and in hotel rooms. The battery lasted just long enough to get from the airport in the UK to Ibiza which allowed me to prep my sets and edit certain tracks. I always had enough battery power to get the job done even though I was maxing out the CPU but it coped really well. I expected the sound to be a bit tinny but to my surprise it had enough bass and quality for me to be able to create my sets which sounded good on a club speaker system. Normally, I would have bought a tablet from a better know brand, but I’m glad I didn't, as I would have wasted my money, as this tablet is as good as any in it’s range, but when you add in the price then this Tablet is a no brainer. It’s not supposed to be used for creating DJ sets or track edits as it is at the top end of it’s capabilities. I took a chance and it worked. I’m back from Ibiza and I have been to a couple more locations and I am still using the Fustion5 without any issues. I would have no issues about buying another Fustion5 for using on my travels.

Don't waste your time or money
What a wste of money. It doesn't come with a stylus and fingers don't work without multiple pokes and swipes.. Useless piece of junk. I'll be returning mine.

Cargador UK.
