On my first attempt at ordering these two figurines, a massive box arrived but with only one of them in. Returned the package and requested refund. Once refunded, I ordered them again as they were a present for a friend. When she received the box both were inside but the girl was damaged. Have given up ordering these again. Just waiting for my refund
