Let’s be real, I wasn’t trying to pay $100+ for a groomer lol. I’m a first time dog mom and I needed something that could get through months and possible years of thick fur for my recently adopted Cavapoo (to be fair, more cava than poodle). Her previous owners gave me a pair of Wa*l clippers and when attempted to use she was absolutely terrified. Don’t know what happened there but we’re doing things differently now. During a late night search after empowering myself enough to believe I can groom her myself, I stumbled upon these. I said what the hell and gave it a shot. 5 hours later these are at my door step with some doggie melatonin. It’s time to get to work. Firstly, idk who decided it was best to make sure it was fully charged out the box but shout out to you. The display showing how much battery life you have left was a really nice touch. With the 10mm head (which I think is a three guard?) after a bit of fussing, I was able to breeze right through her fur. The power in these clippers is pretty good as I was able to get it through a few mattes after a bit of wiggling. All things considered, I’d say these are pretty good ESPECIALLY for the price. I wouldn’t say these are super noisy, more like a quiet buzz. Once I showed them to my baby and let her sniff them, the melatonin started kicking in so I didn’t get too much of a fuss in regards to the noise. She did get a little skiddish when I got close to her ears but I’m chalking that up to dogs not liking the sound of what they think is evil near their senses. Nice size when it comes to the length, I feel like it’s a perfect handheld device. I wish I could speak more about the nail grinder but my doggie absolutely wasn’t having it. While I didn’t get to use it, it’s was super easy to switch out the heads for the device. Literally twist a bit and the top just pops right off. All in all, for a first timer using these, I’d say 9/10.

Works great! I’ve had it for a bit now and it hasn’t clogged up at all, cuts in one swipe. It fits so well in my hand and makes it easier to work those fine detailed areas safely. I love that it’s cordless and I don’t spend half my time whipping the cord out of my way while I work! The noise level is fabulous compared to other options we’ve used, it made it much easier for our puppy to handle. Tho our dog is only 8lbs we can get about 4-5 uses before the battery needs charged. So far my favorite hair trimmer for our pets! I feel like those with smaller dogs could REALLY benefit from buying this, seriously, I can’t explain just how much faster I get the grooming done with this then a big one made for “all breeds” and it’s like 1/4 the size of your dog lol.

this has been a very good product for me so far. i have used it four times and it is working great. i really like all the attachments that come with it - the very small head clips the hair between the foot pads, a different head can grind the toenails down, other attachments cut the hair to several different lengths for body/legs/head. it seems to hold a charge AND last for several clippings. it is not too loud and has several adjustable speeds too. one last item - this has paid for itself after the first cut!

I really like this bundle. The tools and this kit are very helpful for our very fury mini-schnauzer. The only draw backs to speak of are the following issues: There are no scissors, no comb and the blade isn't very sharp. The grooming kit is very good for the price.

Great set. Works perfect for what I need. Good battery life and decent power. Not too loud and decently sharp. Cordless is a plus. The attachments are very helpful.

This is reasonably priced and works pretty well. I have a Goldendoodle, and it's pretty tough to go through her hair. This took some time, but worked really well! It also didn't take "bites" into her tender skin! It was fairly quiet, so she didn't freak out. It is cordless, but it lasted over an hour with only 10% battery life. Super great!

Finally I can trim my dogs paw pads and also grind her nails. I’ve purchased so many different type of ‘safety’ nail clippers and also little scissors but let’s face it those safely nail clippers make me anxious and my dog yips regardless cause the snapping sound startles her. First, the nail grinder is magical. My skittish bichon mix just lays in my arms and I grind away. It’s perfect but I must admit I did have the vet clip her nails first because they were long but now I do upkeep with the grinder once a week. The little paw pad head is perfect, again she just lies in my lap and I get the fur all between her pads and she doesn’t fuss at all. Absolutely safe and gentle along with just a humming sound. Have yet to use the other heads but definitely will try. Oh, also cordless and recharges easily and lasts a long time

This trimmer works well on the long fur on my flat coated retriever. I specifically choose this trimmer because it is cordless, not very loud, and has a smaller trimer tip that I can use to trim the fur on my dogs feet and between her toes so she doesn't slip on the hardwood. I would recommend.
