I used the boAt Airdopes 91 for about 9 months before I started facing issues — the earbuds stopped charging properly, which was disappointing considering the product felt a bit cheap in build quality from the start. I didn’t have to struggle or follow up endlessly — they simply replaced the product with a different model: the Airdopes 61, which is actually better in build quality and works great. The Airdopes 91 may not have lasted as long as I expected, but boAt definitely won me over with their hassle-free service and quick response.
