It works and is worth it
I started my vitamins journey a few years ago. I’ve taken multivitamins, magnesium, 5-HTP, Ashwaganda, etc. To keep it short, my emotional and mental health were at a steady decline and I was on the hunt for something that would be of significant help. One thing led to another, I decided to try a B-Complex and oh my gosh. Yes. This is it. Now I wonder how much of me feeling groggy all those years was due to a B-complex deficiency.Finding a solution to what has felt like an immovable rock of an issue has been life changing indeed. I’m so grateful to have found this one solution. I can live a productive and energetic life without having to strain for it day in and out.The taste isn’t overwhelmingly off-putting but I don’t find it enjoyable either. Nevertheless I’m glad to take it because of what it does for me. I notice the difference when I go days without taking this so I will be purchasing again and again. I find it amazing how vitamin and mineral deficiencies can so adversely affect one’s wellbeing. I’m very grateful to have found this.

Good taste works!
Decent taste and have found that using this increases daily energy levels. Definitely use on power home cleaning or moving days! I walk 18000 steps a day on cement so I’m tired by the end of the day! This has mad a huge difference in my quality of life (I’m in my 60’s)
