Great For Achy Muscles!!!
Have had this plate for a few months now and I really like it! I find it really relaxing and to get my back better, I sit on it, on one of the foot areas. It gives my back muscles a much needed tension release! I also like the settings it offers. You can adjust the time duration and how fast the plate vibrates. However, I have never used the bluetooth it has on it and never will. One thing that really annoys me is every single time it is turned on it says very loudly, "BLUETOOTH MODE ON!" It's like it screams it at you and I have not found a way to turn it off. I am willing to overlook this because I love the functionality of it so much and it really does relieve headaches, leg aches and back pain. Not a cure all, but it is helpful! I use it about every other day.

Great workout
Love it noticing the difference immediately. My only complaint would be the short cord need an extension for convenience close to the plug other than that worth the purchase

Still using it four months later
Well, Iโm really still using this four months later. I deal with a lot of pain so it helps me exercise without having to put forth the lot of energy. Really rewarding also, I can watch TV. I can do it after I eat. I can do it 10 minutes before I leave the house sometimes Iโll do it while Iโm putting on my make up just not my mascara.lol

Wish I would have bought it sooner!
I have had this for over a week now. I ask myself everyday why I didn't buy one sooner. This particular vibration plate is made well. Light enough I can carry it but heavy enough that it feels supporting. I prefer to use it at the end of the day. I feel relaxed after using it. Do your research on them but I love this one.
