Cannot use: came with US plug
The product description says nothing about a US plug, and the seller ships to mainland UK only so you would think this item would have a UK plug. Not so, however, and there was no option to contact the seller and explain, so I now have to return it and get a refund - very disappointing.

Stopped working after less than a year
The product itself saved so much hassle when cooking. It's just such a shame that after less than a year, it stopped working. It worked one day, then I put it on charge, and the next day it stopped. Warranty is apparently only one month, which, in my opinion is far too short and speaks volumes of the poor quality. Would never buy again.
