Sudden Change Under-eye Firm Serum .23 oz. (Pack of 6)

I have been using this product for quite a number of years and it is fantastic. I always had difficulty finding it in the last few years because I cannot find it anywhere in Canada, and had to order from people going to visit U.S. but, now that Amazon ship it directly, it has been much easier. I usually order 6 bottles at a time and get it within a few days. I love this product and intend to use it for many years to come. You do have to be careful when applying it because if you apply too much, it becomes powdery and doesn't look nice. I use a wet Q-tip to spread evenly.

Sudden Change Under-Eye Firming Serum (sold by Product Resort) is TOPICAL and not very flexible on the skin. It sits on the skin and dries like a plastic barrier--similar to liquid band aid. Like liquid band aid, it also gets white and flaky around the edges almost immediately (especially in areas with movements.) I’m giving it One (1) star. Dark circles become more visible once the product tightens the skin. The instructions suggested mixing the product with a little foundation for coverage BUT achieving coverage WITHOUT losing the tightening of the skin AND the bags reappearing--could become extremely time-consuming and disappointing. If you are able to master this you would be happy with the product. BUYER BEWARE! The product is time-consuming and difficult to use, but it does tighten the skin within a few minutes. (Experiment so you don’t get the plastic surgery, hard-to-blink wide-eye look.) I tried to order one (1) bottle, but a box of six (6) arrived at my house. Apparently, I didn’t notice that the seller listed the quantity in the name. Red flags did not go up because (1) “miracle in a bottle” tends to be expensive. (2) Quantity selection has always been a separate and deliberate step with every other item I’ve ordered from Amazon over the years, so I did not expect ordering this item would be different. (I might have paid more attention to the description if it wasn’t the only match that popped up among a list of other unmatched items when I did the search.) Amazon contacted Product Resort a day after I received the order to see if I could return the unintended (extra) 5 items, but it’s been two weeks and the seller has not responded. This cost me close to $65.00—as of today, 3/28/18, it’s now listed for $75.82. I hope this does not happen to anyone else—especially because Product Resort's customer service has been questionable so far.

This is a product that I have purchased and really liked for 15 years. The last two orders have been totally different than prior. In the last order, most bottles were exactly half filled. The consistency was all sticky and gummy, nothing like before. It stuck under my eyes like globs of glue, and even dabbing with water on a cloth, which usually spreads it nicely, did nothing to help. I hesitate to order again, and have already phoned the seller about the issues, but I am afraid that it will now always be like this. I am disappointed and will really miss the original mixture.

Has always worked great, and really is the instant age remover, as it really does remove under eye puffiness. I where contacts, and sometimes causes under eye puffiness. Have used it for years, only downfall is they stopped selling it in Canada in your local drug store. Thanks to amazon.ca, I can now buy it online, and don't have to make special trips to the US anymore.
