I ordered this product on 27 July 2025 but the product was damaged already from the delivery and I requested amazon for return or exchange but they are not responding. so unfair!

GUACHA CAME BROKEN

The gua sha arrived in perfect condition, which I mention because several reviews warned theirs came broken — mine was fine. The face oil has a genuinely pleasant smell and from the very first application my skin felt completely moisturised and it is quite effective. I have been using it for two weeks now and can notice some difference in how my skin looks, though I cannot verify the listing's claim that 100% of users felt brighter skin after such a short time. The 97% reduced wrinkles and dark spots claim is not something I can speak to, as I do not have any wrinkles to judge by. What I can say is that before this I used a premium ayurvedic brand that cost twice as much, and this is honestly as good as that. It is a great value for money. There are no downsides I have found — no greasiness, no odd residue, nothing the listing glosses over. If you are looking for a natural ayurvedic product free of chemicals that helps the skin breathe, this is worth your attention. I really like the texture of the serum.

This is the first time I've tried Kumkumadi Oil and I've been fascinated to learn that it's based in an ancient Ayurvedic healing system from India to balance body, mind and spirit. The oil is centred around saffron which is packed with anti-oxidants that support brighter skin. This is a traditional oil, though new to me, and it contains a blend of botanical extracts and essential oils that have beneficial properties for reducing fine lines, fading pigmentation, hydration and improving radiance. This formula contains 26 Ayurvedic herbs. I am unfamiliar with many of them, and when I turned the box over to read the ingredients list, unfortunately this didn't help because they're Indian names and need translation for me to recognise what they are.The other issue I have is that nowhere in the description or on the box does it tell you what the oil is. After a little research, I understand that the base oil is usually sesame. For this reason, I'm going to gift this box to a family member who has a mature, dry complexion, because my skin is currently suffering with clogged pores, hormonal spots and I don't want to add anything that might exacerbate my skin issues at present. The listing says that the oil is non-comedogenic, but I dare not risk an unfamiliar oil on my face right now. So I have tested this on my arms and I have to say, the aroma for me, is heady, warm and exotic. The scent is exquisite.It's a runny oil and quite light. It's quick to absorb and it makes my skin feel hydrated and soft.The rose quartz Gua Sha is fine, and feels tactile, and it's cooling and lovely to use on the face.The product, I think, is quite expensive, though I am assuming that these are pure ingredients and saffron comes at a cost. The packaging is a little disappointing, though I'm guessing this is from a small business and not an international brand. Inside there is an expanding foam sheet to contain the oil and stone, and for the price the presentation could be more refined. However, it's the quality of the product that matters more, and I understand that though this isn't a premium brand, it's focused on pure, clean and natural plant based ingredients and rooted in traditional Ayurvedic texts and practices. I was very happy to see that it's cruelty free.
