No, that is not correct. The value pack of 4 refers to 4 boxes. Inside each of the box are 3 trays of 10 each, for a total of 30 pills. I think they used to provide 4 trays of 10 each a couple of years ago, but they now provide only 3 trays of 10 each. I still buy them because they work well for me, despite them skimping on the quantity.
