Use explanation: 1.Mobile Phone Download VR app(Recommended: Youtube /Veer/Fulldrive).2.You can search the VR application for the video you want to watch for playback. Or you can use the VR app to play your downloaded videos (screen is divided into left and right two video formats).3.Remove the lens film of VR glasses.Put the phone in the VR glasses and place it in the center as much as possible.adjust the headband to the comfortable size.
