Update, these are still perfect!!! I have had them for over a year. They look great. I just bought 2 more packs!!! I have four lobe piercings in each ear and one conch piercing. I was wanting a flat back set so I could sleep without being in pain. These are a life saver. I love the little tool. Im not gonna lie, it took me over 2 hours to get these in my ears. I finally waited from my husband to come home to help me. I have had them in for about 4 months and they are still going strong. I love them so much!! I will get more when the time comes. They have not fallen out. They have not broken either. They fit my ears very well. I can't even feel them in my ears. They look beautiful. The quality is really good. They don't make my ears itch and they don't turn my ears colors either. I love the different sizes so that I could stack them.

The bar was just a little shorter than I thought, I believe I ordered the 6mm, but I should have gotten a 7/8mm, but that was my fault. Otherwise, these are super cute, easy to put in.

Before purchasing a set of these, I had always used the L shaped "pop-in" style for my nostril piercings (I have both my left and right nostrils pierced). Hoops never looked right on me and the corkscrew style ones just had too much going on inside my nostril for my liking. The L shaped ones were much more comfortable and were easy to pop in and out...of course, that also meant that I tended to lose them...a lot...usually in the bed somewhere (some found by my husband who seems to have a mutation for finding tiny things easily, and some never to be seen again). When I went to purchase a new set after losing yet another one (I've lost count of how many I've had to buy because of this over the years, but i know it got annoying...), I came across a set of these. Surprisingly, I never knew these existed for nostril piercings. I also have my left side labret of my lip pierced and always thought this style was for labret and/or Monroe piercings, but I never really liked to push-in style for my labret, for I always feared that it would easily pull out while washing my face or something and I'd lose the gem (for reference, I pretty much only do anything with my labret jewelry if the gem comes unscrewed and I lose it (probably also while sleeping 😅...I don't know what I'm doing in my sleep, but it doesn't seem that sleep me wants me to be pierced anymore, hah). Otherwise, I just leave it in and wash around the post when I'm washing my face and wipe it off with a baby wipe if I get any foundation on the gem when doing my makeup... Which brings me to the one issue I have with these. While they are pretty secure, I'd say they're almost too secure for a nose ring for me. Before, when using the L post design, I took them out and would sanitize them with alcohol before every shower or face washing, and then put them back in once I have put on my creams (at night) and/or my makeup (getting ready for the day). However, because these aren't a quick and easy "pop 'em in," I've decided to leave them in while washing my face or showering, and while I only lost one on the shower due to having a bandaid on my finger and it catching the bandaid and being pulled out, that isn't really where the problem comes in. Rather, it's after the shower when I'm putting on foundation that is difficult with these in. The size post I bought (5mm) was seriously JUST long enough for me to even use these, so that tight fit doesn't really allow me to push them out slightly and get even coverage of my liquid foundation without getting any of it on the gemstone. So, I have to use a baby wipe. Problem is...again, since the post is so short, even when I push it away from the skin of my nose as much as possible from the inside post, I seem to nearly always inadvertently wipe off some foundation on my skin, resulting in splotchy coverage, unless I attempt to fix that...and usually wind up with foundation on the gem...again. I would take them out like I used to with my previous style of nose jewelry, but when I'm in a time crunch (which is always because I have ADHD time blindness), having to use the metal threader to pull the post through the piercing hole and then holding it in place with one hand/finger and trying to pop-in the gemstone with the other, it's just too much (especially because I'm usually in the midst of an anxiety attack over the fact that I'm running late so I'm not as steady or patient with that process as is necessary for getting these in). That being said, while the "security" of not having to worry about losing these in my sleep, etc., is helpful, trying to manage makeup application with these in is just not. So, I don't think that I will be repurchasing these or any similar style for my nose piercings again.

i LOVE the flat back and the fact they came with the tool to help put them in ! i love them as earrings!! i only like them as nose rings. theres 4 small ones that can be used for nose stud but the little gem piece isnt flat its raised some and i feel like will get caught if you wipe your face with a towel. other than that super comfortable. easily able to be taken out. and for me i have 3 holes in each ear and my nose pierced. i definitely feel like i got my monies worth.

These absolutely get the job done! I wish they sold larger packs or individual sizes so i don't have to keep ordering a few at a time tho! These do NOT come STERILE, so if you’re planning on piercing someone with these, they must be sterilized in an Auto-Clave PRIOR to piercing. These 16g 8mm posts are very durable, and a perfect fit for Lobes & some Nostril’s. The color seems to stay for quite some time but will tarnish over a year, by then you should be changing the Jewlery no matter what if using SSS. Yes there can be an issue with the diamonds falling out, this happens when it gets caught & yanks itself out. If you slightly bend the pin on the diamond using the tube of the labret, then fully insert the diamond and press hard; the Jewlery will be MUCH more secure and have less a risk of fall out. For the price this is a good value. They do what they’re supposed to!

Absolutely perfect! I have a thick nose so I needed the longer bar in my nose piercing. These are really nice the bars are all long but then the stones are all different sizes.
