These Tips have a nice amount of cotton at the tips & the stem is sturdy. Plus no plastic. I thought that the two boxes of 500 would have external boxes that would protect the Qtips, but they are just 500 Qtips laid flat with no cover: fine until someone bumps the box & you end up with 500 individual Qtips scattered on the floor.

I have not been able to find Q-Tips in the Slider box for several years! My old box I have been reusing was ready to be replaced. You may not think it's a big deal, but when you have limited options in the bathroom and they need to stand up on the side this is the perfect box. In fact, just about every bathroom I have had required me to stand up the box. Everyone knows how great Q-Tips themselves are so that’s why I focused on my delight that I found the slider box again! And as a bonus it is cheaper than buying locally!!
