What can I do if there is no 5G signal?

Ensure your router supports 5G. Check if you have turned on the setting "Combine 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi Network" in Wifi setting. If yes, only one wifi signal will be shown. If not, both 5G and 2.4G will be displayed, you could manually choose it.

How can we troubleshoot if the internet speed is slower than we expected?

(1) Try to use the PC WiFi Adapter in a place that has a stronger signal. (2) Manually adjust different channels for the router, and find out the optimal channel so that the interference is minimal. (3) Set the router to 2.4Ghz from 5Ghz for a try.

What can I do if no WiFi signal can be detected?

(1) Check if the WiFi function of the nearby router work properly when connected to the cell phone directly. (2) Check whether the wireless router and wireless AP have settings to hide the wireless network name.

What can I do if the internet disconnect when the computer awakens after inactivity?

We suggest you turn off the power-saving mode of the computer, otherwise, it will take about a minute to reconnect to the router when the computer awakens after inactivity, giving the impression that the network is directly disconnected.

Linux BazziteOS

Absolutely worth buying!!

This WiFi dongle is cheap and totally blew my mind with how simple adding WiFi to my new Dell PC could be. FYI, I didn't think any PC you could buy that cost over $1000 would come with only ethernet internet connection, I learnt the hard way when setting my PC up. My excitement of turning on my new PC lasted 1 minute when it got to connect to WiFi and it only had option for ethernet, contacted Dell and they confirmed the PC I bought is only ethernet. So I look on the internet for WiFi cards and they all seem to have antennas which confused me as no PC I've ever owned had antennas to access WiFi, but the more I looked the more confusing it was UNTIL I stumbled across this amazingly awesome and simple (no crazy antenna!!!) plug and play usb dongle. Although it came with a small CD, I didn't need it, plugged it in and it found my home WiFi is seconds. Getting super fast download speeds and never had any problems, buy this WiFi dongle, you won't be disappointed!!!

Cumple
