How good does coffee have to be to stop and write a review……This NAILS it.
OK, to right a review about coffee….how good does it need to be? Well, here we are. It’s amazing! Some background. I’ve always been a Keurig fan, used them for many years. Tried to go fancy with the Nespresso and just could not get past how they seem over roasted. So for Christmas a gift was a machine that could brew all the pods and included a pod to brew ground coffee. Now we get to Death Wish Coffee. I’ve been trough dozens of brands, grinds, etc. This one nails it. Not soft but not Sumatra over the top. Just dead on. Compared to others with vanilla, this is so much better with the vanilla. Others taste weak compared to this blend. I cannot believe how quickly this took over. I tried a Keurig here and there and slowly they all now taste like water so done there. This is our 3rd bag and the cost savings is huge. Keurig started putting 10 in a box vs 12 to hide the price. This is by weight and I get close to 40 cups from a bag so my cost saving has been huge. Here’s the summary. First thing I look forward to every morning. Perfect match of vanilla, caffeine and flavor. Love the wire tab bag too, seals tight, holds up well after so many scoops. I like it so much I’d suggest if you have a Keurig, try these with a filter drip for a week and you’ll sell it.

Best flavored coffee
Just the best coffee hands down. While brewing, the aroma fill the house. High quality beans and very tasty too.

Great coffee just not for me.
The taste is great although not as good as the blueberry vanilla. Very bright vanilla flavor and good smooth earthy notes. The acidity does not appear to be too high as it does not give me heartburn. Just too strong on the caffeine. I do understand that is the audience it is marketed for but WOW is it strong. I guess it may be a good thing because i do not drink nearly as much coffee to get me through the day as before. Went from nearly a pot about half a pot a day..... I guess maybe this is why I keep buying it LOL.

Great coffee but shame on local hub
Deathwish Coffee would generally receive a 5 star rating on most all flavors I use (this flavor included)..The primary deduction of a star comes from the conditions in which my product(s) arrive from my local hub.. Though this was corrected by means of a refund for the damaged and taped bags... I would suggest ordering direct or check local store shelves. (just be mindful of the dates if shopping local)Now my review of Deathwish coffee..The flavor profile is generally smooth.. I'm not a coffee connoisseur and taste the subjective. However I've had many a cup from many a different brand. The caffeine content of let's just say this vanilla one that I'm reviewing right now is above par, and definitely enough to jump start your day. The vanilla aroma is just amazing, while only giving hints of vanilla to the overall flavor. (which is a good thing all around). The above statement also holds true for the peppermint mocha though the peppermint is slightly stronger in taste than what the vanilla would have been.Valhalla Java has one heck of a kick.. But it can sometimes have a chemical type aroma to it.. But overall it has a heavy body and bold flavor.Either way if you are trying for your first time and are coming from the red (Fol) or blue (Max) brands.. You will notice a significant difference in kick and flavor.I primarily drink BOc and DWc brands.. It can be a bit on the pricey side but for me I feel it's worth it.
