I have a hypothyroid disease and it has crashed my body many times in the past 10 years. I have seen many TikTok videos about these and thought what the heck I’ll try them because I was taking several supplements. I have been taking these for several months. My sugar and salt cravings have decreased, my muscle aches are gone and I have stopped taking magnesium supplements. My energy level has picked up and I am feeling good again. I have also lost about 5 pounds . I recommend them

I have been taking these for almost a month. I needed it after moving to another state and having stress for a few months. I couldn't seem to calm back down once we were all settled. has helped and I am feeling back to normal. It does seem to help my mind be more clear also. I also like that it has some of the other supplements that I was taking in it, so now I can stop buying those and have them all in one.For the Myo-Inositol, I have also been taking it almost a month. I also think that the choline in it has helped me not feel hangry, but be able to last longer between meals. As with the first one in this set, I like that it has several things in one and I don't have to take as many supplements now. Both have been working well enough that I ordered another set as these started to run out. I like the way that I feel on them and will continue to take them. Also, I have not had night sweats and have generally felt better since taking both of these.

I’ve been using this supplement combo for a few weeks and so far I’m pretty impressed. I originally bought it to help manage stress and balance out some hormonal stuff, and while I’m not expecting a magic fix, I’ve definitely felt a bit more centered lately. I’ve also had fewer of those random energy crashes in the afternoon, which is a nice bonus. I have noticed any sleep improvement.The capsules are easy to take with no weird aftertaste, and I like that this bundle rolls a bunch of different ingredients into one. I’ve taken a few of these separately in the past, like inositol and ashwagandha, so it’s nice to simplify everything into one routine. I haven’t had any side effects or stomach issues either.Its price is a bit lower than that of other similar products on the market, and all the contents it offers are the same. I will continue to use it.

I am happy with adding this supplement to my morning regiment of other vitamins. Easy to take with water. There does not seem to be any negative side effects. So far, the supplement has been an added benefit to my daily health. I would recommend the supplement.

This is an interesting supplement set. I am generally a fan of a supplement having more ingredients, and these two together offer a lot. I mainly chose the set for the Corti Smooth because it contains Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha, both of which I have found to work well for me. The Myo Inositol has some ingredients I like and often take, but it also contains a lot of B vitamins, which my doctor has suggested I avoid since my levels were too high. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow. I think it's a good amount for the cost. Overall, I like them and do recommend them.

I haven’t been taking it long but I have noticed over the past few days since I’ve been taking it I’ve been very nauseous every time since. And I first I thought well their supplements let me take them with something on my stomach and I have and that hasn’t helped either. I also noticed once I received them they were not the actual brand I wanted. So it’s a hard no for me on these.
