We were put off by the reviews and nearly didn't bother with this, but they're really great scales. Having them on a flat, stable surface is important (our bathroom floor has slightly uneven tiles, so we have it on hardwood elsewhere). A light tap with your toe activates the scales. No home device is ever going to be as accurate as a DEXA, but the readings are pretty accurate - we tested the body fat % with callipers, and the scales seem to be brutally honest 😂 The display on the scales is very clear. Pairing this with a Garmin watch and Cronometer gives us online dashboards (not just phone apps) that supply enough stats to keep us nerdily motivated!

Existen básculas mucho más baratas, pero si lo que quieres es compatibilidad con Garmin y que todos tus datos se sincronicen a Garmin Connect esta báscula es lo que estás buscando. Especialmente si la compartes con más personas también en el entorno de Garmin, ya que tiene detección de usuarios. Además de todos los datos útiles que te proporciona, también te da el clima por alguna razón incomprensible y las graficas son muy agradables.
