Cinnamon in bulk has saved us so much money over tiny spice jars. We use cinnamon almost daily. This one smells great and has a very strong, fresh flavor. Cinnamon is reported to help with blood sugar so one of our favorite ways to use it is with vanilla ice cream or yogurt.

To be clear, this isn't premium or gourmet cinnamon, but if you just want a lot of cinnamon for lots of things, this is a solid choice and product. When I received the generously large container, it was well-sealed and upon opening it, the cinnamon smell quite strong, which is great. I've been using it in beverages, including my protein shakes, as well as as a garnish for sliced fruit or Greek yogurt, as well as for baking and such. It has a good cinnamon flavor that doesn't taste unnatural or off. It's great stuff and I'll likely be buying more.
