Absolutely love this chair. First it appears to be high quality materials and was relatively easy to assemble (would recommend a second person when attaching arm rests). Package came in two boxes and was delivered two days earlier than expected. I loved that! Massage treatment is wonderful and I love the heat settings. Sound quality from speakers are also very good and it was extremely easy to connect to phone. As others have mentioned it is good for individuals who are around 5' 2- 5'8. However since Im short, this worked perfectly for me and my family. I love this chair and it is great for its price range. Would 100% recommend.

Its the perfect size for someone between 5'3" and 5'7". The speakers have good sound for movies, but for music I would recommend using your head phones. During installation be sure not to fold any tubes or wires, as this could affect performance. The zero recline is nice, I wish that the feet/lower leg could be controlled separately from the recliner. It appears to have a backlight for only a portion the remote. The positives are the heat feature, the foot massage, the easy of use and how simple it is assemble.

Seems like a nice massage chair with some fun extras like phone holder and speakers. It was a gift and the recipient was very happy. Had an issue and the company has been very helpful in resolving it quickly! Very pleased with the support they offered and the speed in the companies response.

I mainly use this electric massage chair in the evening after a full day at my desk, and it has made my wind-down routine much better. The massage balls feel accurate and comfortable, especially around the shoulders and lower back, where I usually carry the most tension. The pressure feels nicely judged too; it is firm enough to ease tired muscles but never so strong that I want to stop the session early. I also like the ergonomic shape of the chair, as it supports my spine well and lets me sit back properly rather than slouching. Most nights I start with one of the automatic modes when I just want to relax, then switch to manual mode if I want to focus on one tight area.

Two separate boxes were bulky and required two people to carry. Not too heavy for two people. Assembly wasn’t simple, but also wasn’t difficult. Took about 30 minutes to get it up and running. Can be assembled by one person, but 2 people make it easier. Looks just like the more expensive chairs and is a good size for someone 6 foot and under. If over 6 foot things might not hit you in the right spots. Possibly okay for up to 6-3 people. We are both right at about 6-0. Massage areas are strong at top and at bottom (very low back). Under foot is good as well. Mid-back is weak and isn’t individually adjustable to make it harder. The kneading is very good in the areas mentioned as being strong. The zero gravity and speakers that hook up to your phone via blue tooth make it relaxing. Differences from this versus an expensive massage chair: - the leg part doesn’t really squeeze/compress very hard. - there’s no roller that goes up and down your back - there’s no percussion/shiatsu type of setting We didn’t try the heat function, but it’s nice that it does have it. Definitely recommend this chair as it is worth the price. I can’t see spending thousands more for the other functions; this fits the bill for both me and my husband.
