As it began to wear in one area and separate, I contemplated switching to a Ridge or Ekster, but I contacted customer service first. Great, quick communication and they replace the part that was an issue (and provided a tool). I didn't spend $100+ on one of those new wallets, and they guaranteed I'll recommend them and buy from them again!

Shipping was a nightmare bounced around all over California from North to South back to North then Southern California . Then to Canada the metal tin was damaged . Wallet is ok . Will return after New Year's.
