Great food, but I got a damaged can.
I have been buying this food for my cat for 4 or 5 years now. I originally got it at PetCo, but I had to switch to Amazon because PetCo stopped carrying it. I choose this food because I try to be a conscientious caretaker for my cat and because the flavor--Salmon and Coconut Oil--is her favorite. She's always loved the food, and I'm more than happy to provide it for her. However, I just received my Auto-Ship delivery and it contained a broken can that I am going to have to discard. I tried to go through Amazon's refund process, but I was told that the item is not eligible for a refund. I am somewhat disgruntled about this. It's not typical to receive a damaged item from a business and not have the item replaced for a non-damaged one, and this item is one of the bigger recurring expenses in my life. TL;DR: Food is great quality, but I got a damaged can in my most recent shipment and there's no clear avenue for me to get the damaged item replaced.

Cats love it
About the only thing my cat eats now. She has some dry food that she also eats but she loves the sweat food.

Inferior rebrand from Thailand with tuna in it?
I don't know what changed in the new rebrand, but the quality of the food has vastly dropped. What used to be an almost solid can of pate with easy give is now a sloppy soupy mess in the can. The ingredients also list tuna as one of the main ingredients, which is tremendously confusing for a product that advertises itself as a chicken meal. Sad to let this product go, but the fact that it's now manufactured overseas in Thailand leads me to believe that it's no longer worth it. Especially for this more expensive and inferior new product. The only reason I give it 2 stars is that it is canned well, and that's about it.

More liquid than food
I was on auto ship for the pate. However this last batch was 3/4 liquid The food was floating in liquid there was more liquid than food! Gaps filled with water. Have been on auto ship this since January. But very upset at what has happened to the quality. I wish I had a video of the can being opened. I don’t want to waste opening another.

Kitties love it and their fur is so soft. Less one star due to being so expensive.
