Easy to use! Very quick delivery.
Delivery : Ordered on Sunday and received it the next day (Monday). Functionality: Easy to use. My setting is #4, its a bit less painful than what i experienced on salons.

Quite good
I used it a couple of times and it seems to work. I can't say it's as efficient as laser hair removal in clinics but it gets the job done and saves you the hassle and time of going to a clinic to get it done, however you will need more sessions to remove the hair but for the convenience and the money you save; I would say it's worth it.

Product is amazing

The only thing I noticed is that if you use it continuously, it might feel like it “stuck” for a short time — but that’s completely fine afterward. Totally worth trying! 💖

I just received it today and try it .. it seems same as clinical lasser which i used before… the session take longer time but overall is good and for me the privacy is worth anything .. Happy with it :)

Stopped working at the 5th session
I’m very disappointed with this product. My Philips Lumea stopped working during only my fifth session. I followed the treatment schedule correctly, completed the first four sessions without any issues, and then used it again after a longer break. Halfway through my treatment, the device suddenly stopped working completely. I tried everything recommended: turning it off, letting it cool down for over an hour, cleaning the device, and reconnecting it, but nothing worked. Considering the high price of this product, I expected much better reliability and durability. A device like this should not fail after only a few uses. Very frustrating experience, especially because interrupting the treatment affects the results. I am currently waiting for customer support to resolve the issue.
