I’ve been using these Gaiam wrist weights for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with them.I mainly wear them during walks and they add just enough resistance to feel like I’m getting a little extra out of my routine.I also love how they look. They are sleek and minimal, almost like a chunky bracelet, so I don’t feel silly wearing them out in public.They’re super comfortable and don’t slip around much, which was a pleasant surprise.
