Great for cornbread, but not grits :-/
I have been craving my favourite grits casserole and ordered this bag from Amazon to make for an upcoming brunch. Much to my disappointment, I discovered this was corn meal, not grits, when ready to make. This was totally my fault ordering off of my phone and not the seller or description. I took this as divine intervention to make cornbread. After some digging around, I settled on jalapeño and cheddar cornbread.The quality of this stone ground cornmeal is excellent. It made the perfect (IMO) texture of cornbread. Put a little hot sauce on it and I was in heaven. I've also used on the base of pizza to reduce sticking and it worked a charm.

Great quality cornmeal
I needed cornmeal very quickly because I was making cornbread as a present for my dad and didn’t realise the shops near us don’t stock it, so I ordered this one and although expensive, it came the next day and the cornbread I made was delicious!

Great product, but parcel was packed with polystyrene beads. These are so bad environmentally that I won’t be ordering this product again. Sad
