Minoxidil 5% Foam for Men Hair Growth Foam

WARNING !!!! Not sure what this is, but it is NOT Re-Growth formula. In less than 2 months, my once manageable bald spot has doubled in size, my acalp is immediately incredibly itchy the moment i put this on, and I have scabbing and irritation on my scalp that never appeared before. I have used CVS 5% minoxidil for years with no issue, and thought I would save a few dollars trying this brand (minoxidil is minoxidil) Well, saving 25 dollars is now going to cost thousands, because I have had SO MUCH HAIR LOSS that I will need to do surgery for at least 2500 dollars.I am checking with lawyers to see if I can sue this company, because whatever it is they are selling is the quickest way to lose as much hair as possible in the shortest amount of time

New formula comes in a plastic bottle that is half the size of the old one, but both labels say 2.11 oz. Compared to the old formula from two months ago, this one is EXTREMELY sticky, leaves your scalp DRY, makes your hair look very MESSY after applying, and does NOT even wash out easily using lukewarm water. Time to find a different brand.

So far, I’m happy with the foam. I’ll update if anything changes. I was curious about dosing so I weighed out some pumps on a very precise scale. 5 pumps of the foam dispenses roughly 1.9 grams. Normal dosage for 5% minox is 1 gram, so 3 pumps is a pretty spot-on effective application without significant waste or excess.

I’ve used minoxidil in the past from different brand and grew a beard in 3 months so I know this stuff works. However with this brand 3 months in trying to grow hair on my hairline corners and crown of my head has yeilded 0 results. I doubt there is even minoxidil in here, the scent is off completely and the usual slight sting from real minoxidil was completely absent with this product. I would stay clear of this

The Minoxidil 5% actually works but the dispenser always breaks having to open the container and pour it our without the foam. I do not recommend

Be careful of this brand's consistency. I ordered it twice before for sale price and it work well in not feeling too greasy. This batch however came in smaller bottles and the foam left a thick glue-like consistency on hair and scalp. It came in a different type of bottle and was leaking from the top after the first use. hh

I’m on my third batch and have been using it consistently day and night. Little to no regrowth and they changed the formalization, the first two batches were consistent. The third batch makes my hair from sticky and clumpy, completely unable to style. The foam doesn’t melt into the scalp like the previous two batches. They clearly changed the formula for some reason. I’ll be switching to a different brand.

Caused massive hair loss that doesn’t stop. It’s not the pre shedding, it just has your hair falling out in clumps each time. I wasn’t thinking it was this that was causing it until I went back to look at the reviews and saw so many ppl having the same issue. I don’t think the reviews were this bad when I purchased but I threw the rest of the bottles away. Ugh
