Farming Simulator - Signature Edition - Switch 2

Yes this is the same game as Hudson’s Playground! My 7 year-old is absolutely delighted with it. Hours of fun - it has a basic mode or you can go full on farming. Really great simulation.

Excellent game. We had to delete games to make space for it.... now to buy extra memory. The game teaches, buying,selling, both seed & equipment. Driving skills especially reversing to pickup trailers. My sons only had the game a few days and loves it.

wish we hadn't bothered. the on screen instructions are that small you can barely see them. you try to go onto the guided tour and talk to grandpa and it goes no further than that. it says to select the letter L on console but does nothing. previous farming simulators are much much better. messaged GIANTS on their pages and told they will reply the following day and and nothing from them 3 days later. until theres much more coverage of it don't bother

game was great and came in fine packaging. it is basically the same as farming sim 25 but there are less vehicles so that the game does not take up too much storage.

The best game ever

The game itself is great, with more options than before. But it’s been very poorly ported or programmed for the Switch 2. The frame rate is usually below 25 frames per second, and the controls are laggy, making it difficult to navigate corners or perform manoeuvres. You can see from other games that the Switch 2 has plenty of power for this. It’s a shame the developers didn’t put more effort into this. We can only hope that updates and optimisations are still on the way, as the game itself is great and offers plenty of possibilities.

It’s a good game with plenty of potential, but it falls short compared to versions on other consoles. The lack of cross-play and overall polish really holds it back. It feels like optimisation wasn’t given the attention it needed. The game could look and perform much better, but instead it seems like the developers leaned heavily on AI upscaling rather than properly refining performance and visuals. That said, it’s still an enjoyable and relaxing casual experience. Just don’t expect the same level of quality or features you’d get elsewhere. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend buying it at full price. If this version hasn’t received the same level of care and effort as others, it’s hard to justify paying the same premium.
