This company is amazing. I wanted to root my device, but couldn't find anything about it but people saying you can't unlock the bootloader and labeled bad on reddit and GitHub. I tried but couldn't get it to work, and as a last ditch effort, sent a email to the company ([email protected]) THEY GAVE ME EVERYTHING! FIRMWARE, TOOLS TO BURN IT, INSTRUCTIONS AND A HOW-TO VIDEO!! Anyone who says customer service isn't a shining example for and should be the gold standard doesn't have a clue and needs to take a long walk off a short dock. That's just the start.... I dropped my phone in 6 or so inches of water for half hour on accident - no problem. Huge battery. Only thing is a slow 18w charge. But honestly I haven't found it to be that bad, considering it last FOREVER on power saving. The flashlight is a little disappointing, but I have a headlamp for that. The thermal camera is ill-sick for the price though! Want to know if a cylinder is getting hotter than the others? No problem. Trying to figure out where a short is on hardware? Yup, no problem. I bought this version of the phone to kinda feel out this brand and my only regret is not just going for the max version. I turned my back on Nothing phones after they REFUSED to sell me parts for my $1000 phone I bought on day one. I'm so glad I did. Because I will NEVER go back to Samsung, Apple, Nothing, Google. Doogee makes them all look like over hyped, over priced, and no control of your device TRASH. Doogee for life. Go ahead, try them. You won't regret it.

I really enjoy having this phone because it has a sufficient 32 GB RAM in the Android operating system. I was able to play Genshin on it without any problems. This phone already has a screen protector on it, and it also came with a new one for future replacement. The hard shell provides solid case protection. So far, I've used it while hiking or traveling internationally, and it hasn't caused any problems yet. It's a great deal to get such a decent smartphone.

Bought this phone back on October 25' went out to take pics of the new snow this morning 1/1/26 and dropped my phone (It is a heavy brick and is hard to hold) in about an inch of snow with sidewalk under neath and to my surprise it had shattered. I am 5'9, it didn't fall that far. I have had a few phones in my time and have never broken one so easily, Shattered the glass to pieces, cut my finger picking it up. Unreal for a phone that's advertised to be so tough. With that being said it is very heavy and not that fast. Touch screen never worked that well, you would have to push several times on an app just to go on another app. Don't leave many reviews, but thought people like me expecting a tough phone should know this is NOT the one you want! In my opinion it is overpriced JUNK. Happy New Year!

This phone exceeded my expectations. Originally, I have always used an Apple mobile phone. Because my business needs to be equipped with a separate mobile phone from my daily life, I thought about buying a cheap one that can make and receive calls. I didn’t expect such a cheap mobile phone to be fully functional and durable. , not afraid of falling, I will use this kind of mobile phone when I retire.

Works with Mint! Had to manually inter the APN, but it works! The thermal camera is awesome! I can finally see where the cats are at night! It is heavy, but the battery goes literally days (s) pleural.... DayS! It's also fast. It doesn't bog down like other phones I've had. Would buy another.

Not compatible with verizon/xfinity

Make sure you get the newest version of this phone. I didn't look into that part. It doesn't support 5g.. as a result the internet tends to lag. I've never had an issue with worrying about having enuf bars to get a signal but that is always happening to me now

Comprado para mi hijo preadolescente que empieza a salir con los amiguetes y queremos tener bien comunicado (y controlado, todo hay que decirlo). Admite sin problema la instalación del family link de Google para monitorizar la utilización del dispositivo en todo momento. El dispositivo es una pasada y presenta un aspecto visual robusto y funcional que le ha encantado a nuestro hijo. Dispone de una visión térmica que resulta muy interesante y divertida. El dispositivo funciona con un procesador Unisoc T606 Octa-Core, acompañado de 6 GB de RAM y 256 GB de almacenamiento interno que se salen de las configuraciones más conocidas sin perder fluidez y velocidad de respuesta en el día a día (Clash royale, cod mobile, etc... los mueve a las mil maravillas). Su diseño resistente incluye certificaciones IP68 e IP69K, asegurando protección contra agua y polvo. No necesita funda porque ya viene protegido de casa. Sí le hemos dejado la ortodoncia que trae para evitar ralladuras en la pantalla. Trae Android 14 con lo cual vamos con la última versión de Android en nuestro dispositivo y veremos cómo se comportan las actualizaciones en el futuro. De momento no nos ha saltado ninguna actualización OTA. Tiene una pantalla LCD IPS de 6,56 pulgadas ofrece una resolución HD+ con una relación de aspecto 20:9 que es la más habitual en los teléfonos actuales de más de seis pulgadas. Me guardo para el final lo que más me ha sorprendido del bicho: la batería. Algo más de 10.000 mili amperios que te garantizan días sin necesidad de utilizar el cargador que trae incluido de fábrica (cargador y cable de carga). Actualmente lleva dos días sin cargarlo y sigue con más del 40% de batería disponible. Es un dispositivo que no se recalienta cuando se le da caña y que por sus características lo hacen muy atractivo para un público que prioriza la funcionalidad por encima de la ligereza o el diseño minimalista. Eso sí, es un ladrillo maravilloso. Muy recomendable.

Miglior telefono mai avuto. Solido, leggermente più pesante della media ma ha una durata batteria che va da 2 a 3 giorni ed una ricezione eccezionale (rispetto al mio precedente smartphone non c'è paragone ed avevo un S20 Fe 5g). Ottima sensibilità sia dell'impronta digitale che del riconoscimento visivo. Lo ricomprerei di nuovo. Rapporto prezzo qualità sbalorditivo.

Physical Appearance I bought the black one with the red tints above and below as it compliments the phone really well giving it a premium quality look. It's really nice to look at, as the backing has an almost holographic sight to it when you angle the Doogee fire 6 the pattern can pop out or disappear. The camera part with the flash doesn't stick out too far so you'd be safe to pop your phone down on the back as it appears the camera parts are next to unscratchable. Weight/ thickness/ feel Doogee fire 6 is not as bulky as most rugged phones but not as slim as competitors on the market but it slim enough to slip anywhere. It's not too heavy nor too lite in weight. So it feels just fine, easy to handle. The feeling of the Doogee fire 6 feels very smooth and you can tell that they designed it in a way to make it feel appeasing to the holder of the phone as it does feel very premium as if you indeed got a bargain. The Dooge fire 6 does offer thermal imaging I must admit it's not the best due to the lagging but that's perhaps due to the auto focus part which needs a little work, Might be better if we're given the option to turn off auto focus when we do not need it. However that doesn't mean you cannot work with it. You can! and it does work. It also offers you extra filters to define easier access into reading the temperatures and finding the source of the heat better than just the standard variation. So it is almost impeccable if not for the auto focus trying to key in, making the app lag. All in all this phone is perfect for so much more than just your standard hike, you can use it for building purposes and check walls for heat, your animals to see if they're unwell or even humans to see if they are too unwell. 5/5 overall

Top zufrieden. Super Bilder , Akku hält auch mal 4 Tage, wenn man das Ladegerät mal vergisst. Schade ist das es nicht Kontakt los zu laden geht.

Es el segundo teléfono que compro de esta marca. Lo compré hace algunas semanas y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. Funciona de forma muy fluida, gracias a los 32gb de RAM y el espacio de memoria interna es al menos para mí, totalmente suficiente. Se puede ampliar mediante tarjeta de memoria, hasta 2 Tb! Se percibe gran calidad y robustez, ideal para evitar incidentes que lo puedan dañar, resistente a golpes y agua. Tiene buena conectividad, pues incorpora 5G y Wifi 6. La duración de la batería, es espectacular, no es necesario cargarlo cada día. La pantalla se ve realmente bien y la calidad de las fotografías que puedes hacer es muy buena también. Me ha gustado mucho la pequeña pantalla trasera y sus posibilidades de personalización. Lo recomiendo totalmente, por su resistencia, originalidad y prestaciones.
