With this product, I only need to take 2, with or without food. No side effects, most times a full night sleep, no grogginess in the morning. Even when I wake up earlier than normal, I feel refreshed to start my day. No regrets and tell everyone to try it as it works for me and I've tried everything. I've now been off my prescription sleep meds for over a year with no plans right now to go back on them. GREAT PRODUCT!!!
