Chronic dry skin is better within 24 hours. I use it on my face with damp hands and a dab of lotion. My heels no longer need a pumice stone. If you have cracked red skin, use a small amount several times a day, otherwise it will sting. A little of this lotion goes a long way. I also have dry scalp issues from my medications. I use a half a teaspoon mixed in with my shampoo and wash is normal letting the shampoo sit while I finish my shower. Rinse and condition as usual and this works great no more scabs or sores on my scalp!

I love this lotion my foot doctor recommended it years ago for my feet.i learned could put it all over your skin. It has helped my sun damaged skin look better. Recommend it for smoother skin.
