Fresh Wave Odor Eliminator Packs, 6-Pk for Small Spaces & Closets, Lavender

If you want something that really does absorb odors in closets and bathrooms or under the kitchen sink, these are handy little packets which go anywhere as long as they are out-of-reach of pets and kids. I used push pins to attach them higher up on the inside of my bedroom closet, then I put a lemon one in a bathroom and another lemon one by the garbage can back inside the cupboard. What I notice after a day is definite reduction in negative scents and a light breezy scent in each place I put them. The scent of the lavender one is perfect for relaxing spaces like a bedroom and the lemon one is amazing for a fresh clean scent in bathrooms and kitchens. The look of the packets is just neutral to me. They all look like a little mesh bag with scented beads in them. I used disposable gloves when handling them as I was putting them up in different places. I probably would have ordered them with a pod had I known about that first but the push pins work great too! I do not think these are overly scented, just mildly scented. I think they do more in absorbing scents than they do releasing them too much. A nice combination of practicality and convenience. I love these little packs. I put them in all dresser drawers. I’m sending my son off to college with some too. The scent is refreshing and long lasting.

They work and it is a good smell. However, the smell is decreased in the last 3 days. This is why I gave it 4 stars. I used them for my walking closet.

Found a dresser on Facebook marketplace for a really good price but it came with an old antique smell. After putting it in my room, the smell took over the entire room. Looked around the internet and Reddit said to try this, and I’m glad I did. The pack came with 6 and I put one in each drawer. Can’t say how long it’ll last as I just received the product, but first day in and the smell is barely there anymore. I got the classic smell and it’s very subtle, you can smell it but it’s not irritating my senses. I also have a baby and animals in the room and they seem to not be bothered by it one bit. I went out of my house for a few hours, came back and the scent is pretty much gone. Would recommend!

I gave this product a fair try, and while it does work to some extent, it wasn't impressive enough for me to repurchase. The lavender scent is pleasant, light, and more floral than sweet, which I appreciated. It's not overpowering and doesn't smell artificial. However, the fragrance is very subtle, and in my experience, it doesn't last very long. I noticed the effectiveness gradually fading after a few weeks, and I don't think it lasted much beyond a month. If you're looking for a very mild scent and a gentle odor-control option for small spaces, it may work well for you. But if you're expecting strong odor elimination or long-lasting performance, you may find it a bit underwhelming. Overall, it's not a bad product—it just didn't stand out enough for me to purchase again.

The FRESH WAVE Product is effective, but very pricey! If you visit the FRESH WAVE website...you will see that Amazon is offering the Fresh Wave product for a fair price; however, some of the third party sellers on Amazon have jacked the price way up (be careful of this PRICE HIKE). Do not pay over $9.99 for this product...anything over $9.99 is MORE than what the Fresh Wave Company ask for on their website (if you purchase in bulk, the company will give a small discount, shipping is FREE if you order about 50.00 worth of product from them). For an EXCELLENT DEAL in the month of October...some Target stores were selling this 6-Ct. bag of Fresh Wave (can be used in the plastic pod holder, if desired, but you really do not NEED the pod holder unless it's your preference). Back to the point..Target was selling this product for $6.68 per 6-CT. Bag. I noticed that all of the Fresh Wave products, including the gel containers(8-oz.) & sprays(8-oz. bottle) were on sale for $6.68. THAT'S A TREMENDOUS SAVINGS ($3.31)! :-D Additionally, I got a really GREAT AMAZON DEAL on this product (@ $6.51 per bag). You have to really "hunt" for the bargain(s) on Amazon.com website. You can also CLICK on the "HONEY" setting... and "Amazon-Honey" will let you know when the product's price is REDUCED! It's very effective when you are not in a rush for merchandise or product(s). PROS: This product is STRONG with the "initial" opening of the package...after a few days it becomes less intense and the only thing left is a pleasant minty-eucalyptus odor. The product does NOT mask the odor...it actually eliminates it. Be mindful that the product MUST be replaced every 30--60 days to keep "existing" odors at bay. If you think the odor is too strong or intense...try using only one pouch in the area "OR" lay one pouch by a box of baking soda (the two together or absolutely amazing)! CONS: The price is very expensive (unless you catch a sale, promotion or discount)!

I dunno what kind of witchcraft these are but they are literally the ONLY thing to take the rancid smell out of my Ubbi diaper pail. I never owned a diaper pail with my first 2 kids but everyone insisted I have the Ubbi Diaper pail for my 3rd. The smell inside was awful after I filled it once. I scrubbed it clean, set it outside to air out for 2 days after each use and used many different deodorizers but the smell always returned after the pail was filled (even with pee only diapers). It’s been a year of that BS and I was ready to call diaper pails a fail until I found this stuff. Added one sachet to the bottom of the pail and the smell was gone and hasn’t returned!! I even added one to the catch tray in our robot litter box and I smell nothing! These are amazing!!

I honestly hated these. I was looking for something that eliminated odor, but the smell of these things is SO strong that just overpowers my drawer and now I have to air it out and rewash everything. Might be good for shoes or something else, but the scent is just way too strong for me. Almost chemical. Burns my nose hairs.

息子が部活で履いている靴の臭いが凄く、特に夏は離れていても臭います。遠征に行ったりもするので鞄や靴袋に入れておくだけの軽い物がいいと探していました。今までも色々試しましたが直ぐに効果が切れてしまいました。香りはメンズの香水のような品のある香りです。開けた時は香りがきついかなと思いましたが何日かして鞄を開けた時はいい感じに香ってました。臭くはありませんでした。

So far, so good. Seems to work well. I bought it for my cat's litter tray and it does keep the bad smell away

my child’s diaper bin was becoming unbearable with smell everytime I opened it to put a diaper in or change the bag. these not only absorbed the smell (i placed two in the bottom of the bin) but also give off a fresh and light lavender scent. they are a bit pricey, but they work well and last long. i also appreciate that the brand is safe for children so i don’t have to worry about toxins. 10/10 recommend. would be nice if they can lower the price eventually.
