Makes a good cup of hot espresso coffee...if you have it plugged in or use hot water. I have not figured out the difference between the espresso and the americano settings, since how much your cup is filled is dependent on how much water you put in. This is not a fast machine. It takes a while to heat the water before it actually pushes it through the coffee filter. If you want instant gratification, this is not the espresso machine for you. If you can wait a couple of minutes then it is perfectly fine. I recently tried the cold water setting to make my coffee. It was actually quite good. Good value for the money. Slim design. Good flavor. Good value. A bit slow.

This product is bang for the buck. Does espresso, americano, and cold brew. Seems to only heat when plugged in, and doesn't heat water on battery power, limiting the user to cold brew. There's not nearly enough volume pushed through for me to consider a cold brew from it because its as large as an americano.

I love my coffee and i used to carry around a full espresso machine to work for mine. This made it easier and fits in my backpack. Even has that layer of crema on top

Great while it worked... Bought it in Sept 2025. It produced a good cup of espresso. There was crema on top of every cup. I use 14 gm of espresso grinds. Then in April 2026 it started to leak from the tank. Not sure what happened, it has been sitting on my kitchen counter. Soon there was water on the bottom of the machine. Such a shame, it was really good as a everyday machine till...kaput. luckily I bought it on sale so no big loss.

It makes great espresso and it has a nice layer of crema on the espresso which my old espresso machine doesn't do. The cold brew that it makes is great, too. What I didn't know when i bought it was that it doesn't heat the water when using with battery. It only heats up when using 110v. The description got updated now to make it more clear that if you use battery power you either heat the water on a stove or fire or you drink a cold brew, which i must say does taste really good.

I like this mini espresso maker, it does a great job for $70. Use an aeropress at work...this is a better choice for me. I am happy enough with the shots from this little machine that I cut my (work) coffee budget down to buying fresh beans. The pump actually sounds very solid and it heats to brewing in like two minutes. NOT heating while on battery is 100% okay with me. How durable is it, or when it breaks what will i do with it? I have solved bigger issues; the point is cheers to affordable portable espresso maker technology. I have not and probably will never use this for cold brew or Americano drinks. If you've been on the fence about this one I'd say check my video then buy it. Hope I help you make a good choice 🙏
