Pretty Sweet
Been building computers since '97, so a bit of experience. I bought this beauty simply because i don't have the time to do the research and choose all the parts at the moment. I picked this one specifically due to price and CPU/GPU combo, i would have preferred the light version but it wasn't available. First thing to know this thing is beautiful and HUGE. It's about 2x the width of my Alienware R12's that the kids have. It came very professionally packaged, lots of space filling and foam ribs inside to hold the video card etc. in place for shipping. There was also an adequate amount of foam between computer and box. The box was dusty but undamaged. All the glass came with plastic protectant on it. I checked it over prior to firing it up, no loose cables, all in all very solid. I thought heard something was rattling around inside when i removed it from the box, but i couldn't find anything so whatever it was either came out or got stuck. Doesn't really matter, it won't be moving again. It has a filters on the top and bottom and something like 9 huge fans. Super quiet, I can't hear anything at all. I haven't put it under load on any games yet, I'll update in a week or so. It started up on the first try, 0 issues. I had to wait for windows to update, that's to be expected on any new computer. After that straight to windows login, and i was off and running. It did take ~5 mins before windows updated my normal desktop from the cloud, but that's a windows issue, nothing to do with Skytech. I want to emphasize, there were NO ISSUES, i didn't have to mess with the BIOS, settings, nothing. Just press the power button and off we went. Update - Starting day 2 i experienced crashes and reboots, ended up finding problems with the windows image, and problems with disk sectors. I was able to repair all those, the crashes persisted, so I ran MEMTEST86, and it determined I had a bad ram stick. Returned the RAM to Skytech and currently waiting on them to verify the issue and replace the RAM.

Incredible computer, especially for the price.
Received the computer, it is a beast. It came packed very well with foam inserts to help hold all of the internals in place. I powered it up and installed what I thought was my most demanding game, set all of the settings to the max and played. It was glorious. Frame rates were high and there was never any issues with screen lag. Games are running perfectly. It is beautiful, quiet, powerful, built well, and a great deal for the price I paid.

trash
Skytech is honestly such a terrible company. I bought two PCs from them. One started having screen flickering issues after just two weeks of use, and the other one started having driver issues and the LED lights stopped working. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. At this point, I seriously have to wonder whether they are using lower-quality or leftover components for some of the PCs they sell to Amazon customers. After having problems with both of the PCs I purchased, I really have a hard time trusting the quality of their products.

Good value
Good value, was worried it might get roughed up during the long shipping process but all was well.

Exceeds my expectations
Overall a solid prebuilt for the price considering current market. The PC was plug in and play and had no issues. It runs all games Iโve tested so far at max settings. I was skeptical with the mixed reviews, but pulled the trigger. It came with one day shipping which was a plus! The case is huge and has more than enough room to upgrade in the future. I upgraded to WiFi 7 with a simple $50 part. Couldnโt recommend this enough for those who want a plug in and play PC out of the box!
