Mute and unmute not working with Boom arm.
Boom arm stoped working for mute and unmute option , contacted the brad to claim the warranty they asked to ship the product to Noida and there is no other service center available..

Uncomfortable on the Ears! too Pricey!!
The headset is very uncomfortable on the ears even after 10 minutes of usage. The next issue is that the mic boom does not revolve full 360 degrees, so you need to every time ensure you are wearing it on the right ear!! That’s just adding inconvenience to the user!Not worth the premium price paid😔

Comfortable, but connectivity is not great
Not bad, not amazing. I get intermittent drop-outs whilst delivering online training, which is extremely frustrating. They are relatively comfortable on-ear, even when used for an entire work day.
