AA Review: Yes sir. It's getting the job done. Feels just like the one I got at the ER Review: It is definitely a 3xl. I am glad to say that it fit. It may even be a little too big. I am not complaining though, sometimes my foot swells so I welcome this. I am a 6 ft tall man who weighs 360 lbs and I purchased a 3xl and it helps greatly!! This was the 3rd one I have bought, all from different companies and the others were not true to the size. This product however is true to the size. Thank you for getting it here so quickly!!

I don't have particularly strong ankles, so when I twisted one pretty bad at work I needed to find extra support. The reviews for this brace were good, and they've proven to be accurate. Once I started using it to support my injured ankle I was able to work without any trouble at all, and kept using it until I was able to find some boots that would give the support I needed in the size I required (I have big feet). The brace/support fits my foot well, so I would say that the sizing is rather accurate. The only real hold-up is the time it can take to put it on properly. But then, why buy it if you're not going to allow for the extra five minutes or so it takes to set it properly? So the benefit of having good support for an injured ankle (strong enough to allow for someone working in a busy kitchen or helping unload a truck of supplies) is worth the little extra time needed to put it on.

I have a condition which causes my legs to swell so I do not fit in standard braces you can get from your local doctor and this brace fit me perfectly. I purchased when I thought I had sprained my ankle but found out it is tendonosis. The podiatrist said that a figure 8 brace (like this) is exactly what she would have put me in for stability. I have to wear it all day and night eith the exception of in the shower and it's not uncomfortable or irritating. I would however, recommend folding the two straps down if theres excess and tucking them in the strap that wraps around your leg as they can rub a bit with the hook and loop fastners.

My husband's foot is is a very bad way. Having said that, the swelling caused us to think long and hard to find a stabilizer for his ankle. He wears a boot to keep his foot straight. It is his left foot so thank God he can drive. This is good around the house and when he elevates his leg. He does like the Stabelizer's wrapping affect. He complaines about the time to put it on, but the lacing up is part of the support as in a high-tech sneaker but better support. Make sure you wrap each straps across your foot and catch each one under your heal on the other side and pull up tightly.
