I want to use the kale product with the carb cocktail. which should i apply first?

What if you want coconut and Kale? Can you use 2 at a time?

Yes you can, however, it has to be used sparingly. Too much product can also have negative affects. I did use both but it was too much for my hair. I now only use the Kale as a leave in after shower conditioner and it works great!

Is there silicone in it??

There is one water soluble silicon in this formula that rinses off and does not build up on the hair. It is in there for moisturization.
