Very cute mug but...
It's exactly the way it looks in the photo, arrived earlier than expected, no flaws. However, this is not a 20 oz capacity mug. It's is a normal 10-12oz size mug. The graphics are adorable and my daughter loves it anyway. Update: The company was kind enough to issue a refund, I'm glad that they care about making it right.

Pretty mug for rabbit lovers
My wife is a rabbit lover and this mug is really nice - unfortunately they sent me the wrong size but it is a very nice mug, clear and well laid out design and a heavy well made mug. Like it so much I ordered it again and hopefully will get the correct size.

I bought this mug for my niece who is a bunny lover. (The one where the inside/handle is black). When I received it, there were a few scratches. Some paint was missing from the rim. You can't cover it with sharpie if you want to use the mug for drinking. (You could cover it with sharpie if you use the cup for holding pens or other goodies). Otherwise, the pictures are very cute and clear! You could see each bunny clearly and the names are also printed nicely. I returned the item and will buy another one soon.

I love this unique mug.I'm a bunny lover and I own several bunnies. It's perfect and unique. I use mine for delicious juice but it can be used for coffee, tea etc. It makes a great gift for all bunny lovers too.

Great Gif Idea for Bunny Lovers
Bought this as a holiday gift for my daughter. She gave me a big thumbs up when it arrived. The black lining and handle were the best choice too. Durability-wise, will have to see how well it holds up.

Super cute mug! I bought it for a friend's housewarming (she likes bunnies), and the quality is just as any mug can be. I appreciate that they were very thorough with packaging it to make sure it didn't break in the process. The mug is exactly like the photo.
