Let me start by saying I have done ginger shots before and I can really tell a difference that ginger makes for your body. There are so many benefits to ginger, if you google it you will see them so I won’t list them here. I loved these shots. If you’ve made your own ginger shots before you understand the frustration and time it takes to peeling the ginger then juicing the ginger and getting a small amount of juice. These were just what I was looking for. It is the perfect combination of ginger and lemon. I can’t seems to get any consistency when I make my own. I have tried Raw Fountain’s 5 day cleanse, which includes a shot a day of their Ginger Lemon concoction and I LOVED it so I knew that I would enjoy this 20 pack option. I have some stored in my freezer and some in the fridge and plan on sharing it with my partner to jumpstart our day. The ginger has a kick to it but it is not overpowering or debilitating like other ginger shots that I have tried. I suggest keeping some in your freezer especially if you are the only one drinking these in your house, and thawing them out on your counter for a few hours before transferring to the fridge. Remember to transfer it to your fridge as soon as you get it! Mine was still very cold when it arrived in its protected refrigerated packaging.

You have got to love lemon, which I do. However, I have to be honest this tasted better with a little gin poured over ice.
