I like many reviewers used to use parker pens at school (15 years ago) and I always felt posh having them whilst everyone else had cheap plastic ones. When I saw this set of 4 for £13.47 I couldn't resist buying some. Many people say they have shrunk since they were at school and that may be the case but I found an old Jotter pen I had 15 years ago and placed them side by side with the new ones and they are exactly the same thickness and length. I weighed both pens and they are both 11g so claims they are using cheaper materials are not true. the bottom part of the pen has always been plastic in the 20 years I've used them but they did and still do produce full metal versions. the only difference I could see was the arrow design has changed on the cap and there is not a parker P engraved on the top of the clicker. Maybe they just seem smaller and lighter to people now they are older but I can confirm they are the same length and thickness as a jotter pen from 15 years ago and they weigh exactly the same. I love the range of colours. Its a shame they don't sell the other 4 of the 8 colours in a second set of 4 as they are much cheaper than buying individually and they come in a nice presentation box too. Id quite like a full set of all 8 colours as I only ever used to have a blue one so the novelty of a bright orange one appeals to me

Parker pens have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. They may not be premium, or high-end, but they are of a quality I enjoy using. As a child, no birthday or Christmas was complete without a Parker pen gift, and I loved it! This set is beautiful and the colours just pop. Currently well under twenty pounds, the price is superb. I have one minor quibble - I wish the box were better designed, with individual slots for each pen. As I say, a minor quibble and I will look forward to using these pens for my journalling.

I love these pens. They are a bit smaller than regular ballpoint pens but they suit me as I have small hands. Comfortable to write with and writing quality is good. I like the colours available. The main body of the pen (coloured part) is plastic and doesn’t feel as robust as more expensive Parker pens but good value for money and like the fact they are reusable.

Good price at just over £4 each

If you like a pen that settles in your end like it was born there Parker pens are the way to go. These pens write beautifully and satisfying when you finally put that letter in an envelope to be sent to distant shores.

This is a pleasing combo of Parker Jotter pens in exceptionally nice colors, namely vermillion (a sort of bright tomatoey red) and true purple.

The set of the original Parker ballpens was promptly delivered.

Amazing purchase at the special price I received. The pens came the next day and they are well packaged so they will not be damaged upon arrival. The colours are vivid and the pens are sturdy and well made. They are the retro style versions which have a great longevity. I gifted these pens to my tween son and he loves them with the exception of the pink one which he gave to me. He is left handed and he says they are very comfortable and easy to write with. Overall, they are a great purchase on the sale or regular price as you will get your money's worth on their consistent and constant use. NOTE: The new jotters will come with a medium ballpoint in blue ink, however like the older versions these are black ink ballpoints.
