Taking care of a loved one isn't easy. This helps us everyday. We have one set up in my room, the living room, and outside, so that when she needs help it's loud enough to hear no matter where I am inside or outside of the house. Quality is great. We've been using for almost a year now and the batteries are still going strong. Set up was easy. Moms uses it anytime she needs something. It has been a savior for this family.

The pagers work perfectly and give you options for which ringtone you hear. 26 choices. That you have to cycle through to get the one you want. Accidentally skip past the one you want? Sorry, you'll have to skip through the rest to cycle back around. I'm sure that there are people that want to hear some of the tunes that you can choose from, but for me there were about 20 of the 26 choice that I could do with out. The Happy Birthday song? Really. But like I said, the product works perfectly once you get it setup.

Just received this product in fine shape. It's nicely thought out! Two thoughts: 1) seller needs to emphasize that the batteries in the call button are changed like batteries in a car key fob. To that point, add a more visible notch or even an arrow in the plastic - to insert a small pry tool to open the back of the unit. Users of this product are likely older persons, many of whom have never opened a key fob. The existing notch looks like it's just a place for the neck hanger to be inserted. Hopefully someone will add a video to this effect. 2) make the user guide and FONT just a little larger. I'll return and update but as I prepare to use the product I have to rate it 5 stars and I feel like this product addresses our needs.

Perfect for our household. My mother-in-law and I have been able to relax a lot more knowing she can get my attention no matter where I am in the house. This means I do not have to be glued by her side and can actually get things done. We can sleep with the bedroom door closed. The anxiety relief it has given all of us has been significant. Note that if the button is held down for a prolonged period it will increase the volume and change the chime to a loud alarm sound. It sucks when she's just caught it in her bed and doesn't need us, but it was worth that rare mishap when she woke up ill and in a panic and was able to wake the whole household for help without putting herself at further risk. It helps her be as independent as possible and makes her feel secure. Worth it!

I'm in my late 70's and took a bad fall. The laundry room is a step down from the kitchen. Late at night I was going to do a quick load of laundry and missed the step. I fell in a awkward position and could not get up. screamed for my sleeping husband but as the bedroom is on the other end of the house he couldn't hear me. It took a agonizing hour and a half to situate myself to get myself up. It was bad. The next morning I went on Amazon to get some kind of alarm to get my husband to come to my aid without paying a monthly App fee. I purchased the 3 receivers and two transmitters. Now if my husband is doing yard work, I can help him too. I keep thinking I had to use Bluetooth. Nope, just plug it in the wall, set the tone and volume on the side and push the button. Works great for our needs. PS We live on a lake and put one in the sun room in case the old guy falls off the dock.LOL
