Couch is terrible, uncomfortable and can with one of the arms broken and customer service was zero help with fixing it

I love the couch but I'm not able to put it together. The legs on the chaise lounge part of the couch wont screw in. The hole for this seems to be deeper than the feet holes for the rest of the couch and also the back piece wont pop in. I tried messaging the seller but I do not see a way. I love this couch and would like to keep it. It fits perfectly in my small space i just need a solution for the chaise section of the couch please.

The couch is small. I didn’t feel like there was good back support.

Very uncomfortable. The back of the couch is very low making it super awkward to sit on and actually hang out. I’m a small person and seriously this was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. Save your money and skip this purchase!! All though it was very easy to assemble and I did love the color of the material. Ended up selling on marketplace bc I missed the return date thinking I’d get used to it.
