NeuHeils Silicone Foam Dressing with Gentle Edge Lite 2" x 2" Pack of 20 Pad Size 1" x 1" for Bedsores, Light to Moderately Exuding Wounds that Wet Wounds

Got these for my wife to use on a sore on her thigh.She normally uses NextCare clear bandages because they do not cause adhesive reactions like paper and hypoallergenic adhesives do. But the NextCare bandages do not have much padding to them, so the sore was painful when she lay on that side.I had encountered a product similar to the NeuHeils Silicone Foam Dressing in a pharmacy and it worked pretty well but was pretty expensive. These have a much better price, do not bother my wife's skin at all, and they pad the sore perfectly.Only problem we had was that the dressing was just thick enough to catch on our bedding and it would bunch up or peel off by the end of the night. But they worked long enough to let the sore heel and now she does not need to cover it.

My husband burned a small spot on his leg when he was sitting on outdoor bleachers on a hot day. We used these foam dressings to protect the burn wound while it healed. They were easy to apply and remove. My husband showered with them on a few times without any problems.

It does not irritate sensitive skin, very gentle compression of a wound, and contributes to healing.

This is the bandage for seniors with thin skin.It comes off easily..!!! But, also good for anyone.

These are hospital grade dressings. If you get them on clean dry skin they will be waterproof for a couple of days.
