Absolutely love this chair. My only wish is that would go lower. I put some rubber wheels on it and can't get it all the way under my desk now. Still love it feels very well made and is very comfortable.

I really do like this but I have a few issues with it. 1. It doesn't go high enough for me. I am only 6' tall and yet the headrest only makes it to the base of my head. 2. My chair is black but the headrest on the back is all white. Doesn't really fit well with the rest of the chair. What I do like is that it looks nice, is fairly comfortable on my head/neck, even if it isn't high enough. Would I recommend this headrest addition for your chair? I would say if you are tall like I am, I would say spend more money and get a taller chair and then maybe get this. It feels more like a neck rest compared to a headrest but still does a good job.

This chair provides amazing support in the lumbar and neck area making long work days more comfortable!

I really don't like this chair. After months, I don't find it comfortable. It's silly that I have to spend extra on a headrest with a chair at this price point, and it doesn't help.

Great chair, poorly engineered headrest. Plus, it's not inexpensive. The headrest makes a positive difference but rattles noisily around front to back, side to side. I assumed mine was defective, contacted Branch for advice. The rep asked for videos and pictures, I provided. He responded with their videos illustrating the same, stating it's acceptable. Ahhh no, it's not. Several emails later I explained how I solved the issue by inserting business cards into the slot that the headrest slides into. This is an easy fix they should address and jokingly suggested they should refund me for the engineering and inconvenience. The rep coldly recommended that if I don't like the headrest I should return it to amazon. Left a bad impression.

very comfortable and it's a must have if you like to lean back a lot. this doesn't look like much but it actually reduces the neck strain while sitting ergonomically. $60 is a bit expensive and a mandatory part like this should've come with the chair. which is why i deduct 1 star.
