Q: can the rails be put end to end for twice the length if you don't mind a little bump will roller go from one rail to the next at all if lined up good.

If you don't mind a bump they can be aligned as you suggest. But for CNC use this bump can be enough to throw off the linear measurement. I think you can disconnect the round runner from the rail and stagger the joint so they will act like one long rail however there will still be a bump.

Q: What part can I use to stop the blocks from sliding off the end of the rail?

I went to my local hardware store and bought stops. Some are in two halves others are made to slip over the bar and tighten. They come in various sizes. Look in the specialty nuts, bolts, and fasteners section.

Q: Where can I order the carriage blocks? My order had missing blocks and I need to order.

I had the same issue. The packaging of the rails was surly inadaquate to were the block just fell out of the packaging. It happened twice since I returned the originally ordered rail system along with the second set where the blocks were missing. Finally, I ordered the rails and blocks separately. For the blocks, I ordered "4pcs SBR20UU Aluminum Block 20mm Linear Motion Ball Bearing Slide Block Match for SBR20 20mm Linear Guide Rail" from amazon here.

Q: I need longer then 2200mm. Are there extensions available? Or are there two pieces that can be connected together available?
