Good quality sound and battery life. Seamless connectivity. Noice cancellation and ambient modes work well. Worth the price

Another great product from boat. The looks feels premium and battery life is good too. Sound is nice as well but not extraordinary. There are multiple modes like Anc, spatial etc., they do not change the sound entirely but you would know the difference when switching from one mode to another. Another feature is Adaptive sound which is to customize the equalizer as per the individual but I have not tried that yet. The only issue I noticed is that after the buds are idle, it disconnects or goes to sleep and the only way to reconnect is to put it back in the case and restart the buds. Overall a nice product loaded with features and value for money.

BoAt Nirvana Zenith Pro has been a good product overall. Sound quality and comfort are nice, and my experience so far has been positive. Battery backup is also decent. One concern is the plastic build quality—the plastic feels a bit soft and bends easily, especially when kept in tight jeans pockets. It gives the impression that it might break if handled roughly. However, despite that concern, it has been working fine till now. Overall, a good product, but the build could have been sturdier.

The sound is ok. The worst part of this is the service from Boat. I purchased it exactly 4 days back and when I try to sink my Zenith Pro to Boat Hearables application 75% of the times my Zenith Pro is not even being recognised another 25% of the times its being recognised and when I try to connect it, its not getting connected and shows different trouble shooting steps like charge earphones, keep it near by your device etc etc which is already being done. After multiple attempts as it is not getting connected & as it is within the return / replacement window I contacted Amazon for assistance and they were like I need to contact brand only even during the return window period. As Amazon doesn’t help us I went to the manufacturer(Boat) for assistance and when I reached out to their service center and explained them the problem they heard everything tried from their end and even they were not able to connect it. Now to my shocker they ask me to come back to the service center after the return window is closed as they cannot do anything within the return window. They wants me to come once the return window in Amazon closes that is when they can look into the issue. So here if Boat & Amazon cannot help the customer within the 7 days replacement / return window why do we even have that window mentioned? If they remove it then I can directly get it serviced from Boat. Now I am at a point where my new ear phones are not getting connected but I am unable to do anything rather than just waiting for return window to close on Amazon so that I can try my luck with service center. AGAIN NOT SURE ON WHAT RESOLUTION THE SERVICE CENTER PROVIDES ME AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW. So a sincere suggestion to all the people who are thinking of buying it IT’S A BIG NO AS BOTH AMAZON & BOAT TEAMS DOESN’T HELP THE CUSTOMER. Also it is not at all worth the price. Price drops ₹300-₹400 within 2 days of purchasing it.

Its sound quality is amazing. Fits perfectly in ears, without any trouble. long battery life which keeps it long performance. Sound and bass clarity is smooth. Easily can be connected with other devices. Too light to carry. Plastic built quantity is good.

Excellent product with amazing sound

Thought this will provide a good sound but I swear it's a no..Even 1k earbuds provide better sound then this..

After long term usage I can say it is quite good headphones. Sound quality is good, battery backup excellent and 6 mics adds the voice quality crisp and clear over call. Quite decent headphones flat this price range. Additionally it's designs help to intact the headphones in ear not dropping if you are using while exercise. Overall all good headphones. Good choice if you are looking for decent headphones at mid price range.
