They are better when heated up on a baked potato or pasta dish. A little plasticky on salad. I love these bits. Great bacon replacement!!!! I'm glad the chef can't up with this as an alternative. Praise to the chef and crew. I would like them have a lil more flavor but it's okay the way it is, like a less salty food for better health. I would like to see them in local stores with the rest of the salad topping products.

Better deal than buying a small bad at the grocery stores. Made white chicken chili for a soup cookoff and this was one of the toppings worked perfect
